Blair works to encourage others to have an understanding of the differences we all have. As a Black bisexual Muslim woman, a lot of her work focuses on uplifting and amplifying women, girls, and the LGTBQ community.
Blair has recently partnered with @alexis_androulakis & @xtina_bas of @fempowerbeauty to create an empowering lipstick brand, called Smarter Lips Sets.
