Payment

Payment is by PayPal, credit cards, or gift card redemption codes. Enter any coupon codes in your shopping cart or during checkout.


Packaging

I package all treasures in a gift box, unless they are too large to fit. All orders are shipped in a thick mailer or box that has been made with recycled materials. Order details are not included within the package.


Shipping

UNITED STATES –Orders ship USPS First Class within the United States for a flat rate of $5.00. I ship to the address you provide. You will receive tracking information via email. Shipments arrive between 2-7 business days after production, depending on where you are located.

INTERNATIONAL – Countries outside of the United States are charged a flat rate of $14. All International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International Mail. International mail can take 1-4 weeks or more.

Solid Treasures, LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail or for any customs taxes, VAT, or any other customs charges or fees.


Refunds & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me at contact@solidtreasures.com or use the contact form regarding your order. Excellent customer service is important to me, and I’ll try my best to quickly resolve your issue.

Contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Items must be mailed in their original condition and in the box they came in.

Items that are not able to be returned are damaged jewelry, custom orders, earrings, or made to order pieces.


Repairs

If for some reason your jewelry gets damaged, email me at contact@solidtreasures.com or use the contact form with attached photos of the damage so that I can quote you for a repair. Not all damaged jewelry will be able to be repaired due to the amount of resources I have. In a situation where I agree to repair your jewelry, you are responsible for all shipping and repair fees.
