How do I care for my jewelry?
  • Keep your jewelry dry.

  • Don’t use harsh jewelry cleaners.

  • A polishing cloth or soft rag will do a fantastic job cleaning your precious treasures.

  • Be sure to put jewelry on after you’ve applied make ups, perfumes, and lotions.

  • Don’t wear clothing that your jewelry could possibly catch on to, it could ruin your clothes and especially your jewels.

All of the treasures I make are made to last if taken care of. To sum it it, be careful with your jewelry and use common sense when wearing. ;)

Please note that some treasures may be more or less delicate than others. All jewelry needs to be taken care of properly to ensure they last forever.

Do you offer resizing and repairs?

At this time, I generally do not offer resizing services, as it can be a time-consuming and costly process. However, in certain cases, resizing may be possible if it is feasible based on the design and materials of the piece. If you're interested in a resize, please reach out with your request, and I will evaluate whether it can be accommodated. Keep in mind that additional fees and processing time may apply.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if your Solid Treasures' piece needs a repair. Be sure to include any useful photos so that I can better understand what kind of repairs need to be made. Where do you source your jewelry materials?

My metals are sourced from a highly reputable company that has been providing quality, conflict free materials for decades. My gemstones are either cut by me or sourced from other lapidary artists/shops. I do not claim to have a 100% ethical business, but I do try my best to learn about where I'm sourcing materials from by speaking with the cutters about the materials' origins.

How can I find my ring size?

For accurate sizing, the best place to get your ring size would be your local jeweler or you can purchase an easy-to-use, reusable ring sizer here.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Ready to ship are shipped between 2-5 business days. Production time for made to order treasures are vary. Your patience is always appreciated.

SHIPPING

UNITED STATES – I ship USPS Ground Shipping within the United States for $5. You will receive tracking information via e-mail the moment a label is printed and will update once it is scanned by the USPS.

INTERNATIONAL – All International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International Mail for a flat rate of $15, including Canada. International mail typically takes 1-4 weeks to arrive.

Expect longer time frames during busy seasons.

Solid Treasures, LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail or for any customs taxes, VAT, or any other customs charges or fees. If your item is lost or is taking longer than expected, I will try my best to help you track down your package, because at the end of the day, I sell jewelry to spread joy. I want you to receive what you've purchased.

PACKAGING

All jewelry orders are shipped in a small, cardboard shipping box. Each jewelry item comes with a black pouch & polishing cloth.
